Are there any minimum hardware and software specifications?
Yes. We align all our Cyber Security stacks to conform to the government backed Cyber Essentials framework. As such, the minimum requirements are
that you have an up to date operating system, supported by the manufacturer (Windows, Mac OS, Google).
At the point of publishing this FAQ’ Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 are supported and for Mac, its Ventura, Sonoma and Sequoia.
In some instances, your age of hardware and processor will determine if you are able to run the latest software updates. Where you are unable to run the latest updates due to your hardware being too old, you will need to replace your hardware in order to fully benefit from our security packages.
What methods of payment does CyberSussed accept?
CyberSussed accepts all major Debit and Credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Do prices go up?
Yes. Subscription prices increase by 3% annually on your contract anniversary to account for inflation.
Is VAT included in the price?
All prices displayed exclude VAT, which will be added at checkout.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package later?
Yes, you can upgrade anytime. Downgrades can be requested but take effect at the end of your contract term.
Can I add additional products and services at Checkout?
Yes. You will be offered a selection of additional services at checkout. Just highlight the service you require and update the number of users, and it will be added to your account.
Is there a contract?
Yes. All services are provided on an annual contract with a 30-day cancellation notice required.
Do you have a Service Level Agreement?
No, none of our cyber security services will affect the running or performance of your machines, hardware or software, however, subject to purchasing or having banked support hours, we will respond within 1 hour of receiving your support request by emailing support@cybersussed.com

What if I cancel before my contract ends?
Early termination will incur charges up to the end of your current annual term. You’ll continue to receive protection until then.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply email us at cancellations@cybersussed.com to submit a cancellation request at least 30 days before your renewal date.
How long does setup take?
We send you a link to install Microsoft Teams locally. Once you have installed the Teams application, you are offered a date for installation and we then jump on a call and install you within 30 minutes
After I have purchased my package, do I need to do anything?
After you begin, we collect a small amount of information about your existing setup so we can configure the Complete Security Stack correctly.
You’ll answer a few simple questions – such as whether you use Mac or PC, Microsoft or Google, and the types of devices your team uses. This ensures your protection is set up smoothly and works from day one.
How long does it take to install my new Cyber Security package?
Setting up the Complete Security Stack usually takes between 30–60 minutes and is designed to be as simple and smooth as possible.
In rare cases, existing system issues may require extra work. If that happens, we’ll explain what’s needed before proceeding and put you in touch with an organisation that can help you fix your issue, so this doesn’t prevent your install.

Can I add or remove users during my contract?
Yes. You can add users anytime. Removing users is possible, but downward billing adjustments apply only at renewal.
How do I add users to my subscription?
Email newuser@cybersussed.com with your company name and the new users email address and we will happily add them to your subscription and update your billing to account for the new user.
