Our service model fully supports you through onboarding to ongoing protection:
- We set up your business or individual equipment
- Access requirement: We will need appropriate remote access and your engagement to complete setup. Its simple, initially takes just 30 minutes and then about 10 – 15 minutes per additional device.
- Once installed, your package is live and functional, without requiring in-house technical know-how, we do it all for you, so you have peace of mind that it’s done right, first time.

Optional for all packages. Provides a highly secure vault using advanced technology to protect your passwords.

Backup your Microsoft or Google data to the cloud. Enables recovery from ransomware or accidental data loss. If you use both platforms, a license fee applies per platform.

Pay-as-you-use support model is delivered by our Partner, SupportWave. This covers general IT support, User support and Cyber Support.
Login or Register, submit your request. Engineer accepts request within 60 seconds.
No fixed monthly fee—only pay for the support you use. Minimum purchase interval 15 minutes @ £23.70, plus VAT.

*This is a 3rd party service and is not delivered by CyberSussed. Engineers are experienced in all manner of IT related issues, including helping you with Cyber Security issues or concerns.
▶Our installation team configures your systems quickly and securely, typically taking less than 30 minutes.
▶Lead times are typically within 5 working days depending on availability.
▶If you require add-on’s we will discuss and book a separate installation session.
▶All you require to get installed is a downloaded copy of Microsoft Teams, the ability to install applications on your local machine and your own login credentials to Microsoft or Google. *We will never ask for your login credentials. This is just so you can get access as necessary.
▶Where outdated software or hardware presents a risk or is unsupported, you will need to upgrade at your own expense. This is your responsibility, but we can assist via our partners (Supportwave) pay-as-you-use support service, subject to you procuring the right licenses or hardware.
▶Your invoice details the services you have selected and the charges that will be charged to your card each month, including any discounts that have been agreed.
▶Where you have been offered and accepted a lifetime discount, that discount will apply for as long as you remain a client of CyberSussed.
▶Your invoice will detail any additional services you have selected to receive.
▶Adding Users: Add at any time (12-month term applies). User replacement incurs a £50 decommission/recommission fee with monthly fees continuing as before.
▶Onboarding Fee + First Month’s Service is payable upfront, before any work commences.
▶Service billed monthly in advance via Stripe (card only – Visa or Mastercard).
▶VAT or the appropriate Sales Tax (country dependent) will be added at the prevailing rate of tax to all invoices.
▶Annual Contract auto-renews every 12 months unless written notice is given as per our T&C’s. Prices increase by 3% annually.
▶This Service document, coupled with the Terms & Conditions provided to you at the point of signing, form the entirety of your legal agreement with CyberSussed.
▶Order confirmation (with breakdown of services, add-ons, and fees) is emailed to you after purchase.

1.Online Cyber Security Training is included at no additional cost and cannot be removed from the service.

3.For Cyber, User and general IT support, this is provided on a pre-pay-only basis, ensuring you only pay for what you need, when you need it, thus keeping your costs aligned to your needs. This is delivered by Supportwave, a trusted 3rd party. This is accessible by logging into their website portal and buying time.
4.It is necessary to buy a minimum of 15 minutes of IT support to use the support service, whether that’s for Cyber Security support, User or general IT support.
5.It’s your responsibility to accept the patch notifications, action and re-boot if necessary.
6.It is also your responsibility to review the cyber reports sent to you and to get assistance in remediating any issues flagged.
